II. IV. Water flushing operation requirements 1 When taking out the workpiece product that has been transferred from the transfer sink, be careful not to touch or touch the picture film that has just been transferred on the surface of the workpiece product by hand, so as not to remove the pattern texture picture; 2 The requirement of washing is to wash the attachment on the surface of the workpiece, but the water washing water pressure is not too high, so as not to wash away the pattern texture screen transferred on the product; 3 The washing standard is to rinse the product pattern surface texture with oil and greasy feeling by hand. If the water of the transfer coated product is not clean, it will seriously affect the adhesion of the subsequent spray coating paint, resulting in paint loss; 4 At the same time that the water washes the texture surface of the transfer pattern, the other side of the product workpiece should also be washed clean to prepare for the water transfer or spray bright paint on the other side. V. Film repair operation requirements 1 Before the product workpiece after water transfer enters the spray finish paint, the film retouching personnel should prepare the corresponding water transfer film and activator according to the water transfer coating pattern texture product; 2 Film repair personnel shall repair the broken film of the workpiece according to the broken film or pinhole defect of the product after the transfer coating, and dissolve the ink on the water transfer film with the brush activator; 3 Film repair personnel in the process of work on the product must carry out a comprehensive inspection, never allow unqualified products into the spray booth to eliminate secondary waste; 4 Film repair personnel must completely remove the fine debris on the surface of each product after repair. Drying treatment operation requirements 1 The key to drying treatment is the control of temperature, choose different oven temperatures according to different product materials, to prevent the high temperature deformation of the product workpiece; 2 Drying temperature after washing: thermoplastic products and other non-metallic materials should not exceed 60 ° C, the maximum coating primer of metal materials should not exceed 180 ° C, PU two-component primer should be strictly treated according to the primer instruction manual.
